Packing: When you place an order, the system will estimate the time until
your parcel is packed. This depends on our stock of your items or the time we need to order them if they are not in stock.
Shipping: After the product is packed, the shipping time of your choosen shipping method needs to be added to the see the estimated total time of delivery.
Delivery date is only roughly estimated in the order-process - we can not garantee the arrival date in any way.
Caution; the shop-system gives only rough numbers about when your order is packed, delivered and shipped. For some products we have no stock ourselves, 'in stock' means for them that a fast and reliable supplier near us stocks it. If you want to be sure that your order will arrive before christmas or a birthday etc. please contact us right after placing the order if it's possible. In the case of negative reply we can easily change or cancel such order. We can never garantee that a shipping arrives in time.

VAT and customs
Please note that you have to pay for VAT and customs in your country. The price increases by the amount of the corresponding import sales tax for your country. The exact amount of the customs duty depends on your country's legal regulations and the individual product. We cannot influence this, and will not write illegally lower invoices with the result of insufficent insurance. Especially customers in France, Germany, Italy are often suprised when they get another bill with the delivery. It covers VAT (TVA, MwST) and some customs tax. Remember Switzerland is not part of the EU. We voted for it but 60% swiss people against. Customers in the US do not pay VAT - or we never heard of such a case.
We try to pack our goods as well as possible - but it can happen that a product arrives damaged. If your order was sent PRIORITY and the order value is over CHF 150 the sending is insured and we will send a replacement. You must not send back damaged food products, but report the post-office or DHL and make a foto of the parcel and the damaged goods. If value is below CHF 150.- and / or you paid only for ECO shipping you bear the risk for damages - you can ask for accomodation, we can in some cases ship another item for free or add it to a next order.
