How secure is data processing over the internet?
To process your personal data (such as your name, address, credit card numbers, bank codes and bank account numbers) we use SSL-encryption. Depending on your browser, this enables an encryption of up to 128 bits, ensuring that no third party can have access to your personal data. Encrypted pages carry the symbol of a closed lock in the lower left part of your browser window. Credit card payments are processed directly by Telekurs Saferpay, the market leader in cashless payments in Switzerland. swiz.biz does not store any credit card information nor does it have access to credit card numbers.
How secure is my personal information?
We are not in the business of selling information to others. All information you give us, such as your name, your mailing address or your email address, will be treated confidentially. None of this information will be released to third parties.
How can I change to my local currency?
Use the currency selector on the left side of the page (in the blue rectangle) to choose from all major currencies. Exchange rates are updated about twice a week.
Do I have to pay shipping costs?
The cost of shipping will be determined according to current and valid postal charges.
What are the approximate shipping costs for my parcel?
You can see the exact shipping costs with each order if you add your desired products to the cart and then click 'Check Out'. Once the system knows your address, it will calculate the exact shipping costs for your order.
Costs with post economy (takes between 11 and 25 days):

To the USA:

Note: Some of our products which qualify for free shipping (eg. some watches or items above ~ 200 USD). If shipping becomes more expensive due to other items, swiz.biz will provide a discount of 30 CHF (about 23 USD) to the total shipping costs.
How do I return goods?
You have the general right to return goods within a period of 14 days (items need to be sealed in their original packaging). You must return the goods to us in the same condition that they were delivered to you. Furthermore, you must take reasonable care in ensuring that the goods are received by us and are not damaged in transit. Please inform us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning any goods.
We will immediately settle any credit which arises as a result of a return, unless you wish to use this credit to place a new order. If the goods you order through swiz.biz do not meet your expectations and our high standards of quality, please contact us. In case of a problem on your part, there is a generous policy in place, to deal with events following the expiration of the 14-day grace period. You can always talk to us.
How can I pay for my order?
For all orders you will be able to choose from the following methods of payment:
1) Credit Card: We accept Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard and American Express. All credit card data will be processed by Telekurs Saferpay over SSL-encrypted (128 bits) transactions. swiz.biz does not store any credit card information nor does it have access to credit card numbers.
We always process payments within 24 hrs - also when the merchandise is not yet ready to ship. Especially high value products we cannot pre-finance and must have available funds to akquire them. So please do not ask why we 'took the money' already. In fact we get the money only after 12 - 30 days from creditcard-processing banks.
2) PayPal: We will send you a money request to your PayPal registered e-mail address.
3) Bank Transfer: After you have placed your order, you have the option to pay by money transfer directly into our Swiss bank account. Please note that we cannot ship your order until payment is received. For faster shipping telefax your bank-receipt to +41 44 273 43 29
4) Check: You can choose bank transfer as your payment method and send us a check.

Forgot your Password?
Your password is strongly encrypted and can not be decrypted. Please send us an e-mail from the e-mail account you have registered at swiz.biz. Please provide your username and your address. We will send you your new password manually after verifications are conducted.
How can I change my user settings?
After you have signed in (click 'Login' at the top of the navigation bar), go to 'My Data' to change your password, add, delete or modify your address or your credit card information.
