Our manufacturers guarantee the reliability of their products. For the exact warranty conditions, please refer to the descriptions in the shop and the specifications stated in the operating instructions. We also bear responsibility for the products within our range. For one full year (some products like watches 2 years) from the date of your invoice, we will ensure that your warranty claims are fulfilled.
Economy shippings for orders below ca. CHF 150 are not insured, the customer bears the risk of loss or damage while shipping.
The maximum we can do in such cases is to provide a discount on a next order or ship an extra item for free. Parcels with higher value are sent insured and you can ask for a tracking number for swisspost.ch tracking. Only PRIORITY shippings are always fully insured. We recommend to use PRIORITY in general, as our experience showed that ECO shippings can be on the way a very long time, especially to the US.
We must be notified of obvious defects immediately, but within 14 days following delivery at the latest. We shall repair the defects or provide you with a replacement. Please keep the goods available for us.
Return and cancellation
You have a general right to return goods within a period of 14 days (items need to be original packed). You are obliged to return the goods to us in the same condition as they arrived and to take reasonable care ensuring that the goods are received by us and are not damaged in transit. Please inform us before returning the goods by e-mail to email@example.com . Await confirmation please.
We will settle any credit which arises as a result of a return as soon as time permits, unless you wish to use this credit to place a further order. If, contrary to experience, the goods do not meet your expectations and our high standards of quality, please contact us. In case of a problem on your part, there is a generous policy in place, to deal with events following the expiry of the 14-day grace period. You can always talk to us.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
- Perishable goods, food.
- Any item that has obvious signs of use.
- Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
After arrival of a return we can credit a refund back to your creditcard, which never includes any shipping costs. We of course also cannot bear the costs for a backshipping.
Returns must be announced by E-mail and confirmed by us. They must be also explained - that someone likes a merchandise not is not reason enough. Send your returns registered - sendings which come in unregistered simply go back to the stocks when they are in perfect shape, without any further action.
Think twice before placing an order. For orders which are processed already there is a CHF 30.- (approx. USD 25.-) cancellation fee which covers the work for processing, CC legitimation and preparing the order.
VAT and customs
Please note that you have to pay for VAT and customs in your country. The price increases by the amount of the corresponding import sales tax for your country. The exact amount of the customs duty depends on your country's legal regulations and the individual product. We cannot influence this, and will not write illegally lower invoices with the result of insufficent insurance. Especially customers in France, Germany, Italy are often suprised when they get another bill with the delivery. It covers VAT (TVA, MwST) and some customs tax. Remember Switzerland is not part of the EU. We voted for it but 60% swiss people against. Customers in the US do not pay VAT - or we never heard of such a case.
Shipments will have to be charged according to the current and valid postal charges as calculated in your order.
How you can pay
For all orders you will be able to choose from the following methods of payment:

Delivery is carried out via Mail or parcels service according to your order. However, please remember that our products are not mass-produced articles. We will not always be able to avoid longer delivery times. In such cases, the order can also be carried out in partial shipments.
Use PRIORITY shipping - parcels which are sent ' Economy' can be on the way for 5 weeks or more and you bear the risk of loss and damage.
When a shipping is returned to us by Swisspost because the customer provided a wrong postal adress we can only re-ship to the correct adress when that 2nd shipping is paid.
'In stock' can for some products also mean they are available at a close and reliable stockist. Understand that we are still a small company with limited financial capacities - the products which are 'Not in stock' will not be ordered by anyone,
Please do not send E-mails asking about the whereabouts of your order. Only higher value shippings are trackeable. We do not have the capacity to reply all of these E-mails. After your parcel is shipped allow up to 3 weeks to arrive - depends on postal services, holidays, customs checking and other factors we cannot influence.
Waiting time for luxury watches from Longines, Omega, IWC, Oris etc:
If the watch is not clearly in our stock (Shop system shows 'In stock: 1', our photo of the watch) the time until we get supply can vary between 2 and 8 weeks, in some cases even 10 weeks. Shop might display another number of days. Better do not order from us when the watch is an urgent gift etc. or you are rather an impatient person. But: Note that also in retail shops there is waiting times for the mostwanted models of these brands.
We ship for certain products similar versions from another producer with the same value when a products is temporarily not available in the local market from the advertised brand. This can happen especially for food products like Cheese, Tarts, rarely Chocolate; and if, mainly between the 2 major distrinutors MIGROS and COOP in Switzerland. These two sell often products from the same producer in different packaging.
Our offer is subject to change without notice. Because our products are not mass-produced articles, slight deviations from the photographs and specifications contained in the website may occur.
The 'Swiss Made' in our URL does not mean that all offered products are entirely produced in Switzerland. Many bigger brands like all watch brands, SIGG, Zyliss, Swiss Military .. have a big part of their production in far east countries. But they still provide swiss quality with swiss factories, swiss design, swiss management etc. So do not be surprised when you see products with declaration 'Made in China'. It does not mean at all that you bought a cheap product. The same quality would it have when produced in Switzerland, but with swiss taxes, salaries, rents etc. the very same product would cost up to 10 times more.
In order to process your order, we store your address and all order-related data. We are, of course, obliged to comprehensively protect your personal data in accordance with Swiss data protection legislation. Delivery contracts which are concluded with us are subject to Swiss law.
Insofar as can be agreed, the court of jurisdiction is Zurich (Switzerland).
